I signed up in the month of December, and I have already covered nearly 66% of my funding goal, which is a great milestone and gives me confidence to move forward.However, I am holding back one star because the overall support and guidance process still needs further development. There is a significant amount of reading material and notes, which can be confusing in terms of understanding what steps to take and when to approach them.I was under the impression that a dedicated funding representative would be more actively connected with me, providing step-by-step guidance and tracking throughout the process. At this stage, I feel that I am largely managing the process on my own by following the roadmap.I would appreciate it if the support team could dedicate time for weekly follow-ups to provide clearer guidance and progress tracking.That said, I do appreciate the way your team is working overall, and I find them supportive and committed to helping us reach our goal.
