Bad experience with customer care service ☹️

Brand based in Europe. They do sustainable clothing, which is good. I bought a few items from them, they look nice. Unfortunately it appears that Kleed does not have a customer care service that works. I have a problem with the size of my latest purchase so I wrote to them. They have not replied to any email, call, whatsapp message or on any social media. Not a single word. It looks impossible to communicate with them. As a returning customer I am really disappointed. I will not buy again from Kleed.☹️ Beware: when you ask for an exchange or a refund you may be ignored.
