Their new Online Payment Platform partner (that replaced paypal) feels like a total scam, randomly blocking transactions, malfunctioning systems, zero support.Kleinanzeigen.de themselves don't seem to have any support at all (no response to inquiries).Platforms like this depend on their users'/customers' trust. Kleinanzeigen.de has lost all the trust the previous version gained over many years. That is supposed to be the worst thing that could happen, but neither do the owners care nor will it change anything about its quasi-monopol position on the market.
