Not impressed with the Hot water dispenser, tested the temperature and the maximum temperature reached after filtering out was 73degrees, not great for coffee!
Customer Service - initial correspondence was good, then had to send a few email prompts to get the return actioned, a bit disappointed that the return shipping costs were not covered
