I bought 5 tickets for an event that was completely cancelled, not due to my fault. The service emailed customers stating that we would be automatically refunded. However, they only refunded part of the amount without any explanation. This is unacceptable. When an event is cancelled, we are entitled to a full refund, not a partial one with unexplained deductions. I reached out to inquire about the missing amount, but received no response. This lack of customer support and transparency is misleading and unethical. I cannot trust this service again.
