Worst company I have ever been with. Manchester to Sweden. They lost my luggage and told me to buy new clothes. It took them 3 days to deliver my bag. When they said I would receive it the lates same day or the day after. When I called and talked with them they told me to buy new clothes. On my flight back ( Sweden to Manchester) Even though restrictions are lifted the day after I arrived I had to book yet another test. Which cost me 75£.What a waist of money. No compassion or help. I wouldn’t recommend this airline to anyone. If possible take another company. Don’t waist your money with KLM.
