I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kloiadka. I ordered glasses advertised as progressive and photochromic, but what I received were basic reading glasses—nothing close to what was promised on their website. I followed their return and refund instructions and sent an email on 8/11/2025, but I haven’t heard back since. No acknowledgment, no resolution, no customer service. This feels like a bait-and-switch operation. I would strongly advise others to steer clear.
