1. The voucher for my tour specified 4 different meeting points - a) Rue de Rivoli (written on the face of the email and ticket link), b) east side entrance (Apple maps link on ticket), c) in front of the glass pyramid (Google maps link on ticket), and d) at some gift shop near the Eiffel Tower (buried within small print).
2. I was at the first 3 meeting points from 8:20 for the 8:30 start. It was impossible to get to the other one in the timeframe.
3. No guide showed up and no one contacted me.
4. Thanks for ruining my day in Paris.
5. Despite sending incorrect information you refuse a refund.
