I booked a Hanoi to Da Nang VIP sleeper bus at 19:30 on 29 April 2023. However, it was cancelled the next day by Klook, stating that the seats were not available.
I believe tickets should not be sold to customers before confirming seat availability, as done on other platforms. Thank you
