I had a very frustrating experience with Klook.
• I booked an activity at COCOA XO Bar (Red Sky, 57th floor) with the promise “book today, use today.”
• When I arrived at the venue, the QR code was never generated due to a technical issue on Klook’s side.
• The booking was then canceled without a solution while I was already at the location.
What made it worse:
• Customer support could not fix the issue in real time.
• They asked me to rebook but could not guarantee it would work again.
• They suggested buying directly at the venue, even though the same package was not available there.
• I was left in an embarrassing situation in front of the staff, with no immediate solution.
• Refund takes 7–14 working days, meaning I had to either pay again or leave.
Key problem:
• Klook promotes instant use, but failed to deliver at the moment it actually matters.
Result:
• Poor reliability
• No accountability for technical failures
• No real-time support solution
I expected a seamless experience. Instead, I had to deal with stress, uncertainty, and inconvenience at the venue.
I would not rely on Klook for same-day bookings again.
