The quality doesn't match the price point. I’ve had my order replaced, but the same issues persist. There are defects where the processed wood joins. As others have noted, there’s a delivery fee and additional charges, which is frustrating after spending so much. I enjoy the clock, but it could definitely be better given the cost.
