I ordered my bag over 35 days ago. No tracking # provided no updates. I tried to reach out to customer service by the contact us link on their page and it came back undeliverable. I then replied to an email they sent me and it went through but no reply. Waited 2 weeks and sent another email via the information Google found for the company still no reply but I get at least an email a day of advertisements. I will be reporting this company as fraud to my credit card company.
