You need to fix both your rewards points system (after 4 years my total is still 0 with a few thousand points pending) plus your taxing system is taxing on delivery charges instead of only goods, which is illegal (when you travel abroad and bring back items they tax you at the airport on the items only not the items plus your airfare, VAT, GST,Sales taxes etc globally are only applied to the item value under Law, Not Item Value plus delivery charges).
