We cannot speak highly enough of Kate Herbert. Our house sales and purchase was meant to be straightforwards, it was anything but. from the very beginning Kate made the process simple and her responses were very quick, When things went wrong she was brilliant at finding solutions and helping us through. We believe that has we had another solicitor our purchase would have fell through and our sale would have taken months longer. Cannot recommend her enough.
