After 6 one bedroom apartments over 30yrs bought as a mond- Friday back to main home at weekends i didn't hesitate on Church View & guided by Knights as to the best strategy not to alienate the sellers navigated a successful sale for both parties. If there was a brand marketing book on best practice on sales end to end this example would be it. The quickest most enjoyable and efficient experience of 40yrs + dabbling in the property market.
