The tradesmen that physically replaced my roof did a great job.The customer service and after care provided, is shambolic. My skip has been abandoned on my drive (overfilled) because they ordered a skip too small. The skip company won't retrieve it.I've communicated regularly with knightswood, only to be ignored and lied to about resolving the issue. There is a clear breach of contract and no one in management seems to care.I would not use knightswood if you value your sanity and wish for stress free experience
