Maybe Knobby comfortable underwear, but it has sh*t service. Simple questions turned into 7 emails asking the same question, as the replies were autopilot polite blurb. A few years ago, they failed to deliver our goods for Christmas, despite ordering 2 weeks before. This time, I tried to gift the undies subscription club. It seemed straightforward on the website. The $$$ were charged straight away, but we are still waiting for the confirmation email ( of the payment or the subscription to the club ) day later....
