Bought a few pairs of Knobby undies, product itself is fine.However, after receiving too many marketing emails too often I unsubscribed from their comms.Suddenly, without any prior occurrence, I start receiving marketing text messages from Knobby i.e. they took my unsubscription from their marketing comms as a signal to start texting marketing comms to my personal phone number instead.Great way to permanently lose a previously happy customer and former advocate for your brand. Will be directing people to your competitors will less shady marketing practices from this point forward.
