I purchased a Marketplace module after receiving written confirmation from the support team that it was compatible with my setup. That assurance was my reason to buy. However, after installation, the module had several issues. When I reported them, I was informed that key parts were not compatible with my theme and fixing them would incur additional costs. They even suggested a higher-priced upsell instead of rectifying the original module. Essentially, the product did not function as advertised, and the proposed solution was to pay more for fixes. I cannot recommend their modules based on this experience; proceed with caution if considering a purchase.
