Buyer Beware! I believed I was supporting an Australian company when purchasing my first products of Koala Cloths.
What a transaction nightmare!!
Firstly the sale bundle offered in the website pushed me through to an offer for the same price with only HALF the cloths!! The website stating the sale ended that Sunday night...but it didn't and was still being offered a week later!!!
The product took over 4 weeks for an attempted delivery from China via iMile. The delivery attempt was on a public holiday hence the property wasn't open to receive it.
An email arrived to notify me of the attempted delivery stating the driver would deliver again and I could track it via the link which DOESN'T work.
I've tried multiple email attempts to track my order. There is no specific reply other than ',generated' emails from Tash asking how the products are and offering more deals. Took my money and supplied zero order. THEFT!!!
