Since September 2025, I have been thoroughly enjoying my infrared sauna blanket. I use it daily for half an hour at the highest setting, right after my morning exercise routine. Here are my thoughts:
1) My electricity bill increased slightly, but it's hardly significant.
2) I prefer the "cocoon" feel of the blanket over a traditional sauna cabin. It's far more comfortable and relaxing to lie down in a warm blanket than to sit on a wooden bench.
3) The heat is truly REJUVENATING!
Honestly, this has been one of my best investments in terms of both money and time. Thank you to the company for creating such a fantastic product.
