I had to replace my old KOBO e-reader and needed something a little bigger. I recently was diagnosed with wet macular degeneration and can't read normal size print. The AI lady- Minerva, was so helpful. She quickly helped me find what I needed and also how to use the reader for e-magazines bout elsewhere online. The only reason I gave KOBO a 4 star was because the prices are a little high (esp. the case, which cost $39)
