Worst experience after the free lesson. Waiting for a week to get the lessons schedule and they dont even REPLY to the messages in WhatsApp. Ivo Gerolin WAS nailing the free class, texting and for close the sale was smiling and supper friendly but after the payment NEVER TALK BACK AGAIN. Be careful with the sales SCHEME they show you "FULL PRICE" AND WHEN YOU REALIZE THAT IS SO HIGH for a miracle in less than 1 minute you get APPROVE a SCHOLARSHIP and price went down from 2K to 700. This is like no good practices cuz they want to SEE HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN SQUEEZE FROM YOU. DO NOT ENROLL OR PAY FOR THIS, FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
During the introduction, the instructor attempted to use my 10-year-old child to pressure me into signing up for the class. Despite my repeated statements that I wasn't ready to commit immediately, he persisted. He refused to disclose the price. Now my child feels negatively about the situation. Their practices are clearly unethical.
The customer service is exceptional; we had to reschedule the class a few times due to other commitments, and it was handled swiftly. Consequently, we had a couple of different tutors (both excellent and incredibly patient - my child is in the 8-9 age group, so it's not always straightforward, haha). Communication with the tutor via messaging is easy, and they are always ready to answer questions and help with any issues. We're only three lessons in, but I'm pleased with the experience thus far. The class is recorded, making it easy to review.
My son is very pleased with his classes. He has a fantastic teacher, and the online lessons run smoothly without any issues. I consistently receive prompt and helpful responses from the company when I reach out. I genuinely don't understand the negative reviews—our experience has been entirely positive.
I was initially skeptical after seeing an ad for a free trial lesson. After several views, I decided to give it a try. My son completed a trial lesson and loved it, eager for more. I enrolled him in a course, and he is now halfway through. He is thriving and making remarkable progress, excited about learning. He even wants to enroll in the next stage. The tutor is fantastic—patient and skilled at engaging the children. He motivates them to learn new skills creatively, catering to each child's individual pace and providing feedback on their development. The platform enhances their learning experience with built-in incentives. My son even enjoys the homework! I can't recommend this service highly enough. If I could give six stars, I would. They have designed courses with kids in mind, focusing on their interests and adapting to their ages.
