This has been a nightmare for me. its my second year using their service line. All along i have had the worse customer service experience with them. Recently my line is up, so i bought a new bundle early, like two weeks early and they immediately started my new bundle (365 days) early by two weeks. which i called the customer service and told them that they have taken 2 weeks off my old bundle by starting my new bundle immediately. they said that I should've have started the bundle and i said there were simply no instructions on their site or whatsoever. who knew that starting early would get the bundle time reduced? and the staff was just super rude kept arguing with me and reluctantly gave me back that two weeks. Then I've changed a new phone and learned that in order to switch my eSIM to the new phone i have to purchase a brand new eSIM on their site, which I did, and called the customer service to do the port over. Just when I thought everything was okay and going smoothly... They port over my service to the new phone but my number has changed. My old number is linked to my banks and other accounts which requires OTP and now I'm stuck with this new number, tried calling their customer service for two days straight and they are still not picking up. simply the worse company i've ever used. I swear i will switch service when my bundle is up. I will NEVER use koganmobile again. bullshit service
