I received a call from the courier saying that my item was about to be delivered. I waited an hour before receiving a text saying the delivery failed and a number to call which is disconnected. That was the last I heard. It was getting delivered to an open shop with a car park out front but they botched it somehow and now there is no way of contacting them. The courier doesn't even answer. Dodgy asI guess I will seek refund through fair trading now and never touch this mob again. Customer service is shocking. I am stunned that they got something so simple so wrong
