Absolute crap. Online seems ok initially when you want to place an order, but from that moment on it is a horrible horrible experience. If anything goes wrong with a product, which it will, there is no way to be able to speak to a real person. All you can do is submit an email. In this day and age of online sales, especially for an exclusively online retailer, you expect and hope that if you have a problem they would have systems and staffing levels in place to get a fast resolution. Not Kogan. I reported that the product had stopped working 48 hours ago. I still have yet to receive a response. If you go to send a query about why you haven't had a reply, they push you down to the bottom of the line for a response. I've looked at several review sites and they simply use proforma responses. Scroll down below, they are all the same, no care or time is taken to resolve issues. They simply don't care after you purchase. #kogan
