I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and have always been happy with their customer service. That was until recently. They sent out an email for BOGO. The email said, "This Black Friday, Buy-One-Get-One on every product storewide!" EVERY PRODUCT. STOREWIDE. There was no asterisk in the ad that would have made me look for any disclaimers. I ordered 3 of the 5 pack pre rolls. I emailed them because it didn't automatically add 3 of the same product to my cart or on the receipt when I got it. They wrote back that on the very bottom of the email states that multi packs were not included. I advised them that there was not any asterisk for any disclaimers in the actual ad. They refused to honor their ad, even though I have ordered many, many times through them. While their products are great, this is the second time their customer service were not willing to fix their mistake. You have been warned. Stay away.
