Ordered on 19 February, still waiting on 28th March. Tracking shows 'in transit '. I have emailed their customer service twice with no response. Wish I'd looked on here before buying! Am contacting my bank to see if I can get a refund as they can reverse the payment. UPDATE 31/3: I contacted my bank for a refund, they raised a dispute with Kojeva. Lo and behold Kojeva replied to my email! Tried to tell me the delay is due to the war in Iran. However, I made it clear that my order was placed 18 days BEFORE the war started, so no dice with that one as an excuse! Today I've had another email that my order has shipped! The previous one has been taken off the tracking. Let's see if it turns up.FURTHER UPDATE 11/4/2026: A new set of brushes (I ordered the 2 deal) was dispatched on 31/3 and arrived today. The brushes are soft and after 1 use I could see a slight difference in my face. Will keep using. I have been making a conscious effort not to buy from China. I thought these brushes were coming from the US, but given the time they've taken I'm doubtful. The tracking was a company called Yanwen which sounds chinese to me. This may well be a US company but definitely not shipping from the US as they have taken too long to get here. So, if you're having any issues with products not turning up and company not responding, raise a dispute through your bank, and they'll be all over it when they realise they could lose the money.
