I purchased a phone case, but the delivery driver left it out in the open. I had to reach out to customer service, which made the replacement process frustratingly tedious. They even requested a postage label from me, which was quite ridiculous. Given all the hassle, I just wanted a full refund, but they don’t offer that despite the issue being on their end. It was a horrible experience, and I will avoid them in the future, even though I had shopped with them before. Their cases are pretty and affordable, though.
