As others, ordered in July 2025 and no product despite emails to suggest otherwise. Requested refund and now waiting on that, again, despite email suggesting it was being processed. Do not order…. Most definitely a SCAM. Update 12/02/26: after multiple emails promising a refund, I was asked to send my banking details… I don’t think so! I told him to go via SHOP. I now have my money back. On the SHOP site- they do not support this product so the fact the Kompo site is still advertising the affiliation is a concern. If you purchased via SHOP, lodge a complaint via them and demand Ben from Kompo refund via SHOP.
