The only option is to conclude it’s a scam as per hundreds of other reviews! Also ordered in July, no delivery more than 7 months later, one update to say it would arrive in October with extra filters as an apology for the change from air to sea shipping, sounded fishy then, no opportunity to follow up he has ceased the contact option on the website.
