Like everyone else, I wish id seen these reviews before ordering, but I did order very early in the piece and I didn't follow up enough.I ordered 19th June. It now 8th of December. No product. This company is a scam. I will have to get a chargeback on my credit card. I wanted this company to be real as I was so excited for the product, and I love supporting small business, but it's not a real company. There is no productFirst sign was that outside of a confirmation of purchase email I never got any updates. No timeline for shipping, no update when a month had passed, When I finally emailed 2 months in, I was replied to with a fairly rude tone, explaining that my order was "preorder" so hence the wait. But still no explanation of the timeline or why they continued to get so many apparent new and 5 star reviews, while I was to wait for my product. Also no promise to actually update me on when I would recieve the product. Subsequent emails are now left unanswered. Its so devastating as I was so hopeful for the product. But obviously too good to be true Don't do it.
