I purchased the timer and it was sent from Korea so it took some time to arrive. And then when it did I was so disappointed. Poorly packaged and very poor construction. I wrote to the company a number of times to return this timer for a refund and I have not heard back from them once! I suggest that you stay away for Konah Home!!!
