Scam - The product is a cheap plastic China drop-shipped dollar store item sold as a premium product. Customer support will waste your time and make you jump through hoops (like sending them videos demonstrating how the product is not functioning properly) and then finally say they can't accept the return because it's a "sale item". Technically this is illegal as I'm in the EU and the law requires a 2 week return window on online purchases regardless of it it's "on sale" or not.
