The Anti-Dust Cable Storage Box that I received was not the same box as the photos on their website, and arrived with a stain on the wooden lid. The Smart Productivity Timer arrived with multiple scratches. I reached out to Konah about these issues via email. After over a month of back and forth emails with customer service in which I provided multiple photos, during which there were multiple 5-7 day periods without responses to my emails, representative Josh Michael informed me that they would not process a return and a refund. They clearly hide the poor reviews from their website; I wouldn't be surprised if their reviews are mostly/all fake. Extremely shady company – stay far, far away.
