Terrible customer service, with generic answers and no solutions for your problems.Bought the PES2021 game for PS4, and when tried to play online with friends abroad, it did not allow me due to a region lock that is not specified when you buy the game.When I asked them where people can find this information before buying the game, they were not able to show me.I then asked for a refund, since the game is now useless to me, and they refused to do so.Since I do not like to be cheated, from now on, I am a Fifa customer.
