Took daily for 3 months, like it suggests you do. I still had bloating and my stool was soft to runny after about a week. It never got better. I felt worse than better overall. When I ordered just a 3 month supply, they sent me a 60 day supply, along with 3 bottles of something else I did not order. So 9 bottles total….Plus they charged me shipping for all of them. It took me 3 weeks to send the unknown bottles back, after going back and forth by email. And they charged ME the shipping cost to send them back. After 3 months I sent the other 3 bottles back, it still took me about a month to go through the process….Bad experience with shipping and returning. Would not order from them again.
