I bought SynoCell for my severe arthritis based on claims made in their ad and a further conversation I had with the Customer Service Rep AND the claim in the ad that there was a 90 day risk free guarantee. This was a total misrepresentation. Not only did the product improve my condition but the company only returned a portion of the product used in 90 days. You do not get a copy of the return policy until after they take your money, which policy contradicts the risk-free claim. In addition, I had to pay to return the product as I do not live in the US.The response I got today (October 8,2025) reinforces how misleading the company is.
