If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Let’s just start off by saying I owned a pair of the galaxy set for about 3 years and it was great for the price point until the glue gave out, but still I was satisfied with that. Fast forward to now, I was gifted 2 special edition call of duty pairs that were $30+tax and shipping. I have probably used them for 25 hours all in total and they are falling apart all over my controller, my desk, my floor, just tiny pieces of rubber rubbing off. With that being said I contacted “customer support” weeks ago. I still have not heard anything back from them. My fiance contacted customer support 2 days ago, still haven’t heard anything. Kontrol freeks as a whole is a joke.So all in all, I would say to just stay away from these cheapos. Their product is washed up, nowadays, selling cheaper quality items for a jacked up price. Smh. Enough said.
