If you order from this website expect your order to never arrive and useless customer support. I placed an order for an item that, according to kookexpert.nl, would take 3-5 days to deliver. It has now been over 4 weeks and the order still has not even shipped. Customer service is giving the same automated replies and not providing any useful updates. I was promised another update by the end of last week which never came. In fact, on their website it STILL says that the same product will take 3-5 days which is clearly a lie. Cannot recommend this website.
