Bought a Demeyere Alu Pro 5 pan set from Kookexpert. After the first normal use, the 20 cm pan already showed coating damage on the rim. I reported it immediately with photos.What followed was months of emails, but no inspection, replacement, or real solution — just the statement that this can happen through “normal use” and is not covered.Very disappointing handling of a complaint for a brand-new premium product. I would highly recommend not buying from this webshop if you expect proper customer support.
