This company rejects feedback left by callers for Kooma's readers.Even a simple sentence such as 'Predictions never happened' will get rejected. I have been using their services over an x period of time and have had many readings -some were great some simply bad.My feeback has been rejected , sometimes my feeback left for readers was even MODIFIED by Kooma, they have published only the good and removed that predictions did not happen or that in my opinion a certain reader is not psychic, to modify feedback left for readers is missleading and dishonest practice.When I have phoned Kooma's customer service and complained about that I was told they reserve the rights to reject any feedback without a reason....This is quite dishonest in my opinion, we should be able to leave a true and honest feedback for their readers despite if Kooma likes it or not.What is the point to only have great feedback on their site? By modifying feedback and only displaying great feeback they are missleading callers.Not very honest and spiritual approach to clients I must say.....
