The monitor offers good image quality for the price, and as long as it worked properly, I was satisfied.Unfortunately, after less than three years of use, serious problems appeared (black lines across the entire screen). The product is covered by a three-year manufacturer's warranty, so I contacted KOORUI support.The response time was very long and unclear. I was asked to ship the monitor to Germany at my own expense in mid-November. I received the repaired screen on January 10th. It's a shame it wasn't mine, but a different model.It's a shame, because the product itself isn't bad, but the after-sales experience was very disappointing.
