Ordered the 240HZ 27" monitor new off of Amazon. When I received it, everything was easy to setup. However, monitor was faulty as it wouldn't power on no matter what I did. Tried to contact Koorui directly about this issue through their provided email on the website, since the Amazon page said that Koorui had a warranty on the product. However, I have received no email back from this company. Thankfully Amazon is refunding me fully and I'm returning it. For now, stay clear of this company. Very shady, especially with the no contact.
