It has been over month since I notified support of the problem and a month and a half since I requested contact information. They have given me 100 credits twice but a 100 credits is only 50 texts or less. So over 3 days I could only send about 15 text per day. Then during the days with limited access to my girlfriend they do not make any effort to resolve the issue then to have no access. I have gone a week or more without talking to my girlfriend multiple times. Their legal team does not respond to emails, the investigation team barely responds to emails and gives you no updates. This is fraud since I have no access to my girlfriend and they are not providing an alternative means of communicating while they try to resolve the issue. I paid over $1500 for contact information. I do not think I will ever get contact information. I have chatted with support probably over 30 times without any results. It is also extremely expensive. You pay like $2.5 per photo or reading an email or per photo you look at in a email. Viewing a video is like $12.5. texting is like about $0.5 per text. I have spent hours at this point with support, writing emails and searching sites to report this fraud.
