I have been using Korean Buddies for over a year, going on two. Their previous website was super easy to use and their customer service is what kept me as a loyal customer. Once Korean Buddies transitioned into their new website they really went above and beyond to guarantee any issues with the new opening were resolved and constantly letting us know they were working hard, that’s something that really stuck with me. Their customer service/communication continues to to be stellar. There are times I want to gatekeep and not tell people about Korean Buddies lol! But that’s not right being their fee is one of the best—they do not take advantage of their customers by up charging like I have seen other proxies do. Korean Buddies really does go above and beyond for their customers and if a problem does come up (usually out of stock items) they already have a solution to help. I definitely recommend Korean Buddies!
