We had two roof lanterns installed by our builder, who mentioned they came with a 10-year warranty. However, four years later, the paint on the corners and top caps began to flake and corrode, along with some exterior trims. I reached out to the after-sales support team, and I must say, Lucy was incredibly helpful in sorting out the replacement parts. Unfortunately, I learned from one of her technical colleagues that due to my location, the warranty is only five years, which is disappointing since we were not informed of this before making such a significant investment. If issues arise again, we will have to start over and replace the lanterns. Nevertheless, a huge thank you to Lucy for her time and assistance; it is truly appreciated.
