They only provide template replies without actually reading your messages, respond hours later, and close the thread within a minute if you don't reply immediately (what the heck). I requested my payout, and after waiting for seven days, they rejected it, claiming I used account management services due to multiple accounts being managed from my IP. This is complete nonsense, as I always used a single laptop, my home Wi-Fi, and never had a second account.I wish I could post screenshots here but couldn't due to the unavailability of that feature.
