I had an extremely frustrating experience with KortanaFX. Despite following all their procedures and using the same IP address consistently, they refused to process my withdrawal request. They claimed it was due to an IP address issue, accusing me of account mismanagement, which is completely untrue.I have tried to explain and provide all necessary details to resolve this situation, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. This has caused a significant inconvenience and loss of trust in their service.I would not recommend KortanaFX to anyone looking for a reliable trading platform. Their customer service is poor, and their policies are overly restrictive and unjust.
