Never shop on TikTok! Always takes forever to deliver. As soon as you order they pretend they have shipped so any requests for cancellation is ignored.Kosas emailed me they would contact me about my request to cancel my order...they DID NOT! Instead they shipped it so that I will have to pay return shipping - hoping to deter returns I'm sure. Never again! I will review the actual items when I get them IF I decide not to return-depends on the shipping costs! They don't care what we think--they don't even look at the reviews! Stay away from KOSAS and TikTok!!!
